Grief Counselling
Facing the loss of a loved one is one of the most devastating experiences we go through in life. You might feel overwhelmed by the deep ache of missing the person, worry about forgetting them, be unable to sleep, feel at a loss of what to do, feel guilty, and be unsure of how to go on.
While all these experiences are normal, lots of people find it extremely helpful to talk these things through with someone. Getting extra support at such a difficult time can help you through the process, as well as provide reassurance and understanding about what you might expect. It can also be helpful as your relationships with others continue to grow and change through the loss.
